 / A bright and inviting room featuring beautiful views of the mountains. Like the rest of the main level, this room is entirely step-free from the home’s entry and provides immediate, easy access to all the main common areas and view decks.


Lower Level: Every bedroom on this floor features private access through large glass doors to an expansive shared deck, where mountain views and fresh air greet you.

: (sleeps 2) Suite features expansive sliding glass of mountain scenery. The window slider doors open directly onto large lower deck, offering a grand sense of space and light.

Upper Level: This level serves as the home’s highest vantage point, where the architecture truly meets the horizon.

 / Bedroom has vaulted ceilings and en-suite View Bathroom. Large sliding glass window doors showcase the mountains, while the private view deck breaks out to the full panorama.

 / Fun, open-concept loft has incredible house views and overlooks the Great Room. Featuring a Twin bed on the "Library side" and a California King on the opposite side; both can be made secluded by the use of blush velvet privacy curtains. Guests in the loft have easy access to either the Primary Suite bathroom or the Main Level bathroom just a few steps away.

Gourmet Kitchen & Group Dining: Newly remodeled for 2026! Enjoy an Open View American-style kitchen designed to embrace the surrounding views. Kitchen opens directly and almost part of the Great Room and Formal Dining Area- flowing seamlessly.

- Professional Appliances: 48” Sub-Zero Refrigerator, a 2-oven, 5 burner gas range, Large 30” microwave drawer, and an Automatic Espresso machine. A 10 Qt Crock-Pot is also provided for effortless group meal prep, along with other kitchen essentials.


- Fully Stocked for 25: No need to bring the basics. We provide a formal Oneida Silverware set, complete dinnerware for 25, and a full suite of professional chef’s tools, knives, and cookware. Loads of group server-ware.

House Rules: Respecting the Retreat
All guests must observe Marin County rules and the following policies:

1 Occupancy: Our maximum capacity is 21 people. This includes overnight guests and any daytime retreat participants.
2 No Outdoor Flames: Strictly no fire pits, charcoal grills, or candles outdoors. Only the provided propane BBQ (if applicable) is permitted.
3 Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Marin is a high-fire-risk zone; any violation is grounds for immediate eviction.
4 Planning a Retreat or Workshop? If you are hosting a corporate retreat, yoga workshop, or bringing in outside vendors (like caterers or instructors), a brief supplemental agreement and a request for vendor insurance (COI) will be asked for.
5 Parking: All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Strictly no street parking is allowed in Los Ranchitos to ensure emergency vehicle access.
6 Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. We ask that you move all group activities and socializing indoors by 10:00 PM to provide a buffer for our neighbors.
