On the water front, it features spectacular views with amazing opportunities to view the sunset from your own private rooftop. The villa features 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Spend the afternoon on the private full size rooftop with your own Dunk pool and Palapa bar. Or enjoy your time in the shade on the water front deck with pergola. If you want a closer environment right on the water, relax on the large deck/dock loungers and soak it all in. There are many places to relax in this magnificent Villa. This villa features a very large private rooftop. While on the rooftop, enjoy your own palapa bar, relax in the dunk pool, or lounge in the sun taking it all in. It is located in a private subdivision with patrolled security.

The villa is situated on waterfront property, overlooking a very tranquil bay; very peaceful.

We look forward to having you stay with us. By design, Tranquility Cove Villa is the perfect place for being just a few minutes away from all of the restaurants, bars and entertainment, while being in a gated subdivision afforded you peace and serenity.

You will have access to the entire villa, including the laundry room which has a washer and dryer, ironing board, etc.

You are going to be in a very secluded area, but the key point is that you are only a couple of minutes away from dozens of wonderful restaurants and wonderful entertainment areas. If you want seclusion, with the ability to tap into the heart of San Pedro within a few minutes, you have come to the right place. If you love the water, you have come to the right island. The 2nd largest reef in the world is only 1 mile off the shoreline; affording you wonderful fishing, diving and snorkeling opportunities. It is an oasis for the water enthusiasts!

This was a fantastic home away from home for our week in San Pedro. It was close to everything, but far enough away to give us the peace & tranquility we wanted. The home was perfect for our group, and nothing beat relaxing on the rooftop deck and dipping in the pool. The views of the bay and surrounding areas were beautiful, and there were plenty of spaces to sit inside or outside to get those views. We did have some issues with the septic system & master bathroom toilet, but the housekeeper & maintenance was quick to respond and act.

Maury was a bundle of much needed information to get us off in the right foot in Belize. The house was immaculate with all amenities as described. We enjoyed the roof top area in the mornings and late afternoons. The plunge pool available as needed to cool down from the Belize heat. Air Conditioning worked perfectly and we found ourselves actually finding it cold when coming in from outside but it was set at 77 degrees! Golf cart is a must to give you independence to take the short drive out of the gated community over the bridge and into town for great restaurants and pier cocktails. Thanks again!
