This villa includes 3 bedrooms 3 King beds, 3 en-suite bathrooms, upstairs sunset lounge area, fully equipped kitchen, and large private modern swimming pool a spacious deck and outdoor dining porch. One private bedroom and bathroom casita includes a kitchenette next to the main home with a separate entrance. Paradise awaits you!

Any new booking after April 1st, 2026, we offer 1 inclusive roundtrip speed boat shuttle experience for each group staying a minimum of three nights. Upon arrival, each guest shall receive a complimentary drink and 10% Food and Beverage discount as a warm welcome at Mistico Beach Club. Enjoy the exclusivity and convenience of departing and returning to the Mahogany Bay Village Marina with our dedicated shuttle service.

There are ongoing developments and construction in Mahogany Bay, therefore rates are auto adjusted.

Guests do not have access to the Hilton`s Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They`re short but may happen during your stay. The property is equipped with a backup generator to ensure you have power if this was to happen. Thanks for understanding!
