So happy we were able to stay at Tim's place. Everything was top notch fromcheck in to check out the condo is clean, spacious well appointed and has prear views. The staff at the front desk, especially Sandra were all friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just north of San Pedro, away from all the craziness. But close enough for quick trips to all that San pedro has to offer. We were able to have guides pick us up at the grande caribe dock which was really convenient. Secret beach is a 20 minute golf cart ride away. The concierge guys are able to set up any adventures you want to do.

Apartment was great. Lots of kitchen apparatus. Location was great. Really easy to go everywhere. A few points for improvement: Coffee shop does not have a good coffee and it is super expensive Make more dishwasher tablets available

Spacious and modern unit in well-run resort

Our family of 5 had a great time, with plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the outdoor seating on the balcony, the pool and hot tub area, and the nearby restaurants. The staff was helpful and responsive. The site is 2 miles north of San Pedro (which is its address!) so golf cart needed to get back and forth. Tim was great to work with. Highly recommend!

Wonderful new condo in a convenient location

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Tim’s in Sunset Caribe. The property seems brand new and has two large pools and a hot tub. The gym is well equipped and clean. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance (Garage was our favorite) and we opted to rent a golf cart directly from Sunset Caribe to explore further. The condo was spotless and has views of the ocean from 2 of the rooms, and a view of the bay from the primary room and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and dishes. We experienced some rain during our trip, so we appreciated the games and TVs. Tim was responsive, kind, and helpful with any of our questions. I would love to stay here again!
