    1. Cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no tenian mi reserva , que ellos no tenían convenio con Expedia. 2. Me consigueiron una noche "amablemente" y me cobraron en el hotel en efectivo y no me dieron recibo. 3. La habitación estába vieja , sucia , las toallas eran grises en lugar de blancas, percudidas,el baño estaba sucio y el cancel roto No me respetaron la reservación y tuve q salí al otro día. Necesito mi reembolso
