We had a great holiday at this hotel at a good price for four people. The only downside that our room was not clean for three days. We stayed at the third floor and it was very windy most of the time, the two swimming pools was lovely and plenty of sunbeds. The food was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. South tenerife airport is near this hotel around 10 t0 15 mins by taxi and planes do fly over this hotel but this is not that bad.

This hotel was lovely. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was a nice environment to have some time to relax. The only small thing that let it down was that I was overcharged at the pool side bar on one occasion (only by €1.50 so didn't bother to cause any hassle) but it wouldn't stop me from considering staying there again.

Handy spot close to the south airport, which is why we booked it for a late evening arrival with a toddler. It’s a large hotel and, as others have mentioned, a little dated in places, but the apartment rooms are spacious and comfortable. Being on the ground floor made it really easy to access the restaurant, where the buffet breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that an airport shuttle was advertised on Expedia, but when we contacted the hotel in advance to book this in, they said it wasn’t actually available. This was one of the reasons we chose the hotel, given our late arrival with a small child, so it was a bit inconvenient. That said, it was easy enough to get a taxi, there were plenty available, and the journey is under 10 minutes (around €20).
