Our cozy flat is located 80 m away from the sea, a few steps away from Piazzale Zenith and Via delle Costellazioni. The completely renovated three-room apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. It consists of a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge, a windowed bathroom with a shower box, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, two balconies, and one covered parking space per booking. It is ideal for seven guests. The apartment has A/C.
