Would have picked elsewhere in hindsight

Very friendly staff. I thought there might be good views from the hotel but there aren’t really. Toilet was right next to the heater and bidet so my legs were touching both when sitting. Room has no AC and when I asked for a fan, they said they’d already given out all the ones they had. I would have at least expected them to keep one fan per room in the peak of summer. Had only luke warm water in the morning.

Located on the main road and far from the center, so you need transportation. Not gated, so we felt a bit unsafe. The room was ok but the Wi-Fi connection was weak and not stable, a lamp did not work, and there were problems with the toaster. Won’t come again.

Ficamos apenas uma noite para descansar da viagem entre Pucon e Bariloche. A pousada é muito charmosa, atendimento bom e ágil, quarto limpo, cama confortável, travesseiros e roupas de cama e banho de qualidade.
