Too cold and dark

Positive: clean rooms and friendly people and breakfast with fresh fruit. Negative: All rooms in basement of the building and it is noisy from upstairs. Common room seems dark and closed all the time, not cozy and not a place you want to hang out. The place in overall have a feeling of being closed.

The house is beautiful and the interior is Very new and clean The room is spacious and has great view Big common area for you to hang around Only drawback for us is that we didn’t have a car and this is a bit away (15mins drive) from San Martin center. There’s bus and you need a sebu card.

Lugar muy agradable para estar

Nos fue muy bien en la hosteria. Bien acondicionada la habitación con equipamiento nuevo, muy agradable. La hospitalidad también fue muy buena.
