Al llegar el Hotel no está en servicio y argumentan que las jaquearon el teléfono y no están dando servicio, reporte esto a Expedia con el Número de caso 123959591, pues había dejado en garantía un pago con tarjeta de crédito.
Esto nos ocasiono problemas pues en el Pueblo de San Martín de las Pirámides a las 21:00 nos fue complicado conseguir hospedaje.
Desconozco de que manera pero el hotel debiera de informar a ustedes y a la ve ustedes a nosotros.
