Hotel Estera Y Mar is 25 min from airport. Christian did transfter from and to airport. Room that we got upgraded was nice and clean. Staff is very helpfull all around the resort. Specially guys on bar/restaurant by the beach. Thank you Carlos. We loved the food, all we had was really delicious. Our favorite drink was Mojito Cubano. We had such a good time. Nothing to complain. Thank you.

Lush, well-kept landscaping, fun labyrinths of paths decorated with whimsical statuary. Several well-kept swimming pools with fun fountains. Spacious rooms. Not overly modern but well maintained. The beach is beautiful but the nature of the surf prevents swimming in the ocean. Interesting nearby fishing boats in active use. Great breakfast, varied menu options.

Upon entry, the staff was very kind and accommodating given our limited Spanish skills. The check-in was seamless and the check-out the same. The room was clean and had everything we needed, as well as extra beverages and chocolates in the fridge. The view of the beach was great and was across the street in short walking distance. The hotel at night is breathtaking, great lighting and rainforest aesthetic and the pools were also clean and well-maintained. The restaurant across the street offered free breakfast with the stay and had room service as well. I would definitely recommend coming and would stay again,
