Modern, beautiful 2-family house, 2 storeys. 400 m from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 6 km from the centre of Imperia - Porto Maurizio, 17 km from the centre of San Remo, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 500 m from the sea. Private: small garden 50 m2 (fenced). Bumpy, steep motor access to the house. Supermarket, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog.
