Easy access to the Historic 17th Century San Cristobal fort a the base of the complex featuring events and historical tours. 5 Minutes away from new entertainment center featuring bars, restaurants, events and the famous Toro Verde zip line and store.

The Studio sleeps 2 guests with a King Size Bed, with refrigerator and microwave. Relax in your balcony overlooking the Condado Beach, Lagoon and Ocean. Condado Lagoon Villas features a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Laundry Room, Full Power Generator and Water Tank.

Great location and very comfortable accommodations!
This property was very clean and located next door to Hilton Caribe. Great beach and great restaurants nearby. Fun coffee shop around the corner. We lucked out and attended an International Beer Festival by our beach the night before we left. Great music, food and beer! Locals were very welcoming!

Description states balcony and it’s barely wide to stand. Jacuzzi was filthy with murky water and jets did not work. The hot water in the shower was scalding and not able to regulate but only lasted a couple of minutes then cold water. The grounds are very unkept. Sally the just was very helpful with recommendations but no assistance with the hot water issue or the jacuzzi

Great location!
We enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed and more. Really loved the pool and hot tub, just wished they stayed open past 8:00 pm. Security was great too.

Best time in beautiful Puerto Rico
The amazing view and accommodations of this property was just the cherry on top of an amazing week in Puerto Rico. It was our first time and it was incredible! From the host, the food, the beaches, the locals. We will be back sooner than later. Can’t say enough good things! 5 stars!

Loved a great getaway in February. Very clean place. The hosts were responsive and offered great advice. Great view from the balcony. One little nit-pick, the balcony is smaller than I thought but not a big deal. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!
This is a beautiful place to stay! We loved the gorgeous view, and the location was perfect. It was a quick Uber ride into Old San Juan each day for sightseeing and scrumptious dining. The beach is a short walk and has rental chairs and umbrellas. The apartment itself was very clean and had all the comforts of home. You will not be disappointed!

Wow...just WOW!
The property was exactly as described in the listing. Security was there 24 hours. The unit was clean and the view is AMAZING! Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing and looking from your bed at the water was everything. The host was responsive and gave recommendations for things to see/food to eat in the area. Everything was great and the property is centrally located so getting to Old San Juan, Condado and Isla Verde were very easy. We took an Uber or rented motorized scooters which were great for getting to Old San Juan in 10 minutes and the views are spectacular! We will definitely be back😁

BEST VACATION
I wanna start off by saying how wonderful sally was in communicating with us about any concerns we had she’s awesome. She also gave us some pointers which we used including Uber which were no more then $12. The studio was just like the pictures and beautifully decorated with the most amazing view to wake up. The security guard downstairs was super nice & we spoke everyday all in all I would recommend anyone to stay here & we also used uber eats for those days we stayed in ! Can’t wait to go back

Perfect Getaway
My wife and I loved this getaway. The room was comfortable and welcoming. Room was right on the lagoon and the beach was a 5 to 10 walk. Some restaurants are with in walking distance. The most we spent on an Uber was 10.00 and we used it often. I would highly recommend staying here.
