Casa Amarilla is a colorful four-bedroom private home in San Juan’s Ocean Park neighborhood, designed by The Hospitality Curators for easy days in the sun and unforgettable stays together.

Swim in your private pool. Walk to the beach. Gather around the table for dinner. Stretch out beneath the striped awning with a cocktail. Then head out to explore some of San Juan’s best restaurants, bars, beaches, and nightlife—all just minutes from home.

Casa Amarilla accommodates up to 8 guests across four individually designed bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces designed to make traveling together feel easy.

THE BEDROOMS

The primary bedroom features a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, six-drawer dresser, smart TV and direct access to the pool deck.

Bedroom One features a queen bed, closet, dedicated workspace, Smart TV, and distinctive Old San Juan-inspired architectural details.

Bedroom Two is a cozy retreat with a double bed, closet, dresser, smart TV, petite workspace, and layers of tropical texture.

And then there’s the Poolside Bungalow.

Completely detached from the main house and tucked beside the pool, the Bungalow is one of Casa Amarilla’s most unique spaces. Open the curtains in the morning to views of the pool just outside your door, or enjoy a little extra privacy away from the rest of the house.

The Bungalow features a standard queen-size mattress styled to resemble a daybed. Although the pillows are arranged along the long side of the mattress when you arrive, the mattress is a full queen and is intended to be slept in the normal orientation—simply move the pillows to the head of the bed at bedtime.

It also includes a Smart TV, petite workspace, and clothing storage. Its dedicated full bathroom is separate from the room and just a short walk across the pool deck, where it also conveniently serves as the pool bathroom.

At the heart of Casa Amarilla is your private tropical pool and courtyard, surrounded by sunny yellow walls, lush greenery, playful teal details, and the thatched-roof Poolside Bungalow.

Lounge beside the water, find some shade beneath the retractable striped awning, gather around the outdoor seating, or slip into the pool whenever the mood strikes. The entire property is reserved exclusively for your group.

MADE FOR TIME TOGETHER

Inside, the living and dining areas flow easily together. An eight-seat live-edge dining table creates a natural gathering place for meals, drinks, games, stories, and planning tomorrow’s adventures.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, cookware, kitchenware, and coffee-making essentials, whether you’re preparing breakfast before the beach or staying in for dinner.

Casa Amarilla also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room, air conditioning, a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer, and a gated private driveway for off-street parking.
