A little gem
This is a basic but really nice comfortable and clean hotel. The rooms are not large but are fine for what I needed. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. What more could you want for the price!

Save some money and still have comfortable stay
A very comfortable place, considering it is very inexpensive. The management was very helpful and very nice. One of the beds in our room had a broken leg, but since they gave us a room with three beds and we only needed two it was ok. Very convenient cafeteria and restaurant downstairs for breakfast ( or drinks or dinner). Very quiet in our room, despite proximity to a fairly busy roundabout. Easy access to town via bus. Several nice tapas bars and restaurants very close by.

Nice quiet location. Very close to San Juan Playa and really nice walks. Nice clean room but very small bathroom. Balcony made up for it. Overall a nice small hotel with the basics.
