Casa Iguana is located in a private, gated community with 24 hour security and is situated right next to the community pool, gym, workspace, dog park, and is also pet and family friendly!

Casa Iguana is comprised of an en suite master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, double sinks, smart tv and rain shower. There is also an additional queen bedroom, twin bunk bedroom, additional bathroom, TV room with queen sofa bed, and dedicated office space.

The townhome is extremely well built and decorated with thoughtfulness and taste. It is obvious that the owners care about the client experience and comfort.
