Casa Iguana is located in a private, gated community with 24 hour security and is situated right next to the community pool, gym, workspace, dog park, and is also pet and family friendly!

Casa Iguana is comprised of an en suite master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, double sinks, smart tv and rain shower. There is also an additional queen bedroom, twin bunk bedroom, additional bathroom, TV room with queen sofa bed, and dedicated office space.

The ground floor encompasses an open plan living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, laundry room and opens to the covered patio, garden, pergola and BBQ zone! There is also space in the covered carport for 2 cars!

The townhome is extremely well built and decorated with thoughtfulness and taste. It is obvious that the owners care about the client experience and comfort. I would highly recommend staying at any property they own, I wish more people took this level of pride and class in delivering a quality guest experience. Job well done!!!
