Stylish but not practical at all

The location is perfect - nice view from the roof top - you face the beautiful Giralda. Real Alcazar in walking distance - really nice location. BUT the rooms are - as fancy they are - not practical. No drawers, no place to put your stuff. If you stay just overnight thats ok but not if you are staying more than 1 night. Staff rating was difficult - some of the staff were really helpful and nice - reception desk manager was very bad tempered and his behaviour was not customer friendly at all. General manager very nice - but sometimes the milk is already spilled... Too expensive for the services offered. We were disapointed.
