The garden area is bathed in sunshine for the vast majority of the day and the large swimming pool is just a few steps away. Wonderfully private, with a large terrace that wraps across the front of the lounge and master bedroom. Perfectly located inside the security gated private Roda Golf & Beach Resort, just a short stroll (or a one minutes drive) from the Roda golf course, club house, driving range, putting and chipping greens, and the superb on-site gym and restaurant. Five minutes drive from the beautiful beaches and wonderful facilities of Los Alcázares.
