This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse is located in the centre of Roda Golf Resort and is ideal for families to visit the beaches of the Mar Menor or as a base for a golfing break in Murcia. The accommodation will host 4 people comfortably with 2 good size bedrooms on the first floor, both with 2 single beds in each. The main bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms and another shower room on the ground floor. The lounge has 2 sofas and a large TV which opens out onto the front terrace and just off the dining area you will find the kitchen and utility room.



Roda Golf Resort is located close to the sea and the town of Los Alcazares where you can find many shops, restaurants and bars for all tastes. The area has lots of activities like boating, tennis, padel, windsurfing, kitesurfing and of course golf.
