La Manga Strip : The La Manga Strip has many blue flag beaches. From the apartment you are no further than a few minutes away from either the crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor or the Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Calida (Warm Coast) can be as active or as relaxing as you choose. The climate is ideal for all kinds of outdoor activities, from horse-riding, to sailing and from golf to scuba diving. With over 320 days of sunshine and summer temperatures of 26 degrees it really is a paradise between two seas. Well served by shops, bars, banks, restaurants, close to the marina and all water sports the La Manga Strip has something for everyone. This is a place where the Spanish come to holiday, which guarantees you a real flavour of Spain. The fishing village at the beginning of the strip (Cabo De Palos) is a must visit with its atmosphere, Sunday market, restaurants and night life is a great night out.

The Mar Menor: Our apartment is situated between both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea with shallow waters and the absence of tides make the Mar Menor the ideal place for lots of water sports. It is a magnificent natural swimming pool with temperatures which are maintained by a sun that shines for an average 320 days each year. The waters has saline content of 50% and are scientifically recognized as being therapeutic in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments. The Black mud from the Mar Menor although creating a strange sight when first seen smothered over the body of visitors, is used to relieve the pain and the symptoms of these conditions. We also have the luxury of miles of unspoiled beaches.

The award winning La manga Golf resort is not far from the La Manga strip offering many sporting facilities.
There Is a 4 star Spa Hotel just a short distance from the complex offering a Jacuzzi, massages, treatments etc.
