Great staff! Beautiful, tranquil cabins. It was difficult to find activities online outside of a group, and the staff helped me secure a tour as a solo traveler. It made my time in the Cayo District so much more special!

I love the views! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! They made us feel special. We enjoyed all our meals and the birthday cheesecake 😊 Thank you, Patrick! The only improvement world be to add coffee makers to the rooms. But Patrick accommodated us by having coffee ready early!

We had such a wonderful time at Cahal Pech Resort. There were 3 if us, all retired women. We each had our own cabana which was very comfortable. The restaurant and bar served great food and drinks. There were 2 lovely pools. We were easily able to go on fabulous excursions. But the most wonderful part was the staff! We had some complications with a rental car. They helped us all the way through. They held the key and gave it to and collected it from the repairman that Avis had referred us to. One of their own repairmen talked on the phone with the Avis guy. They just went out of their way with a can do and reassuring attitude.

IT was a super cute family friendly spot. They had good food and drinks. We also got massages in the spa. It all had a friendly, local, not-corporate feel to it. The staff were helpful and kind. We had a great stay!

I did not go in the pool; however from the look of it, I am certain I would have enjoy it. I only had one drink the entire stay and it was well mixed. As far as drink selections, they have plenty; there were many beautiful glasses passing by to other tables for those who likes alcohol.

The property and view was beautiful, the service and staff was amazing. Our only complaints were that the mattress was not very comfortable and there was trash on and around the property. There were a few maintenance issues with the room but those did not effect functionality. The pools were clean and cool. The food at the restaurant was super good but expensive. The location made the hotel quiet but the transportation more difficult. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a security scare while staying there. A man opened the door of our room, pushed it open, and started to walk in without even knocking. When he saw me standing there, he said sorry and quickly left. The hotel front desk admitted he was someone associated with the hotel, vaguely explained that he was about to do something and agreed that what he did was inexcusable. In addition, there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign available, so I had no way of preventing hotel personnel from entering the room while I was gone. There was no safe to lockup valuables. The room had three beds but only one blanket. There was no coffee service, water or even cups in the rooms. The room had good-sized porch that was without even chairs rendering it pretty much useless. The on and off of the mini-refrigerator is rather startling in the middle of the nights.
