The residence consists of three valuable real estate units, has a large garden adjacent to the structure as well as two parking spaces. It is possible to reach the ski lift that leads to Ciampedie on foot in a few minutes. The Ciampedie is a great starting point for many mountain trips during the summer and during the winter it is a popular destination for skiing especially for the little ones who will find many activities dedicated to it.
