Schön.

Schöne alte Möbel, teilweise etwas schrabblig, sehr ruhige Lage zwischen Weinbergen und Olivenhainen, schöner Pool mit Salzwasser statt Chlor und Blick in die Landschaft. Netter, bemühter Vermieter. San Gimignano ist zu Fuß zu weit. Steile Auffahrt.

Unterkunft, Service und Lage durchweg positiv. Lediglich die aktuellen Vorschriften am Pool waren etwas nervig. Es war mehr verboten als erlaubt. Mit der Technik allgemein haperte es etwas. WLAN nur wo Router steht stabil. Ansonsten kaum WLAN Empfang. Die Spülmaschine haben wir zu aller erst mal mit Klarspüler und Salz bestückt. Aber die Wohnung - tipptopp sauber !!! Immer wieder gerne!!

Stille und Ruhe in der sanften Naur der Toskana

Wir haben mit unsrer fünfköpfigen Familie während der Pfingstferien Urlaub in San Gimignano verbracht. Jeder hat sich vom Alltagsstreß perfekt erholt. Es war dort eine himmlische Ruhe. Das Anwesen hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung ist nur ein ...

Die Ferienwohnung ist nur ein paar Kilometer von San Gimignano entfernt, dessen Altstadt sehr sehenswert ist. Es gibt zwei Möglickeiten im Ort einzukaufen und man ist recht schnell in Siena, Volterra, usw. Wir waren in der Wohnung „Petunia“ und hatten dort soweit alles, was man braucht. Wir waren zu sechst da (2 Familien mit je einem Baby/Kleinkind und insgesamt 1 Hund) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles etwas älter, aber gut gepflegt und sauber (gerade auch der Pool). Der Betreuer/Verwalter(/Besitzer?) war auch jederzeit zu erreichen und kümmerte sich gut um alles.Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Reisetipps: Volterra, Siena, Pisa und San Gimignano waren sehr sehenswert.

großzügig, sehr ruhig, schöner...

großzügig, sehr ruhig, schöner Pool mit sauberem Wasser, dies wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist etwas abenteuerlich–Schotterweg mit grösseren Löchern, mit tiefergelegtem Auto könnte es problematisch werden. Ansonsten ist alles da, was man braucht. Reisetipps: San Gimignano ist u.E. die schönste und authentischste Stadt. Man kann immer wieder hingehen, ohne dass es langweilig wird– auch sehr schön am Abend. Florenz, Siena und auch Volterra ist einen Besuch wert. Wenn man auch mal landestypische Atmosphäre schnuppern will, sollte man znbedingt einen der vielen Märkte besuchen, die über die Woche verteilt in einen der vielen Orte regelmäßig stattfindet. Es ist garantiert für jeden etwas dabei.
