Gute Aussichten

Sehr schöne Zimmer mit toller Ausicht. Sehr schön retauriert. Wohnzimmer in Verbund mit Küche recht dunkel, da keine Fenster. Der Betrieb der Heizung kostet extra. Da die Thermostate alt sind, vebraucht sie viel. Die Wirtin spricht nur italienisch, was ein wenig kompliziert war.

Uitstekende locatie, goede woning

Dit appartement ligt op 5 km van San Gimignano in een boerenbedrijf midden in de natuur, pal aan het bos. Inrichting naar behoren, schoon waar het schoon moest zijn, geen WiFi. Zwembad netjes. Ideaal gelegen voor wandelen, 's avonds uit eten in San Gimignano, en dagtrips naar een breed scala aan Toscaanse steden en bezienswaardigheden. Eigenaresse zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar spreekt alleen Italiaans.

Bella casa ma poca ospitalità.

Casa immersa nel verde a due passi dal centro di San Gimignano, ottima pulizia, due camere confortevoli (letti scomodi) ognuno con il proprio bagno, piscina ad uso esclusivo, possibilità di usare barbecue e forno a legna (pagando la legna a parte), cucina attrezzata, salone ampio. L’unica nota negativa è la poca ospitalità è la poca gentilezza dei proprietari di casa.. caratteristica molto importante che permette di far sentire a “casa” gli ospiti..peccato..

Das Haus steht in einer wunderbaren Lage, sehr nahe zu San Gimignano, es gibt Hunde, Schildkröten, Katzen etc. Die Vermieter sprechen leider weder Englisch noch Deutsch, sind aber sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für 2 Pärchen, die Einrichtung zweckmässig. Der Pool ist für heiße Tage super.

Charmant, in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich charmant und sehr gepflegt - jeden morgen wurde draußen von den Vermietern alles sauber gemacht. Die Räumlichkeit an sich war auch sehr sauber. Die Bäder bieten jeweils alles was man braucht. Sie sind zwar schon etwas älter aber funktionell. Dusche, WC und Waschbecken für jedes Schlafzimmer angrenzend vorhanden. Was etwas anstrengend war, waren die Hunde, die rund um die Uhr bei uns waren, ebenso die Verständigung mit den Vermietern (Hände und Füße). Was wir wirklich sehr schade fanden war, dass es in der Unterkunft keine Weingläser gab - und das in einem Weingebiet. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was Geschirr betrifft. Der Rest muss mitgebracht werden was Öl, Salz, Pfeffer und co anbelangt.
