Villa en Alicante con aire acondicionado y una piscina privada con gran área de sol de azulejos segura

La villa se encuentra en una finca privada llamada La Escuera en La Marina, todas las villas en esta finca son grandes y deben tener un mínimo de 1000 m2 de parcela. Estoy alquilando mi habitación de huéspedes de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños con WIFI, que solo uso durante aproximadamente 3 semanas al año, por lo que tendrá la villa para usted. Debido al tamaño de la villa, tiene una gran área para tomar el sol, nadar, relajarse, todo en un solo nivel. He tenido una nueva piscina instalada en 2019. Toda la zona está rodeada de muros, por lo que es muy segura y privada, aunque estás muy cerca de todo. Hay dos sombrillas grandes y un cenador. El salón / comedor / cocina y también el dormitorio principal tienen unidades de aire acondicionado que funcionan con monedas, también hay ventiladores de techo en el salón y el dormitorio principal y el segundo. La villa tiene todo lo que necesitas. Sales por la puerta principal y la piscina está justo frente a ti. Todo está en 1 nivel. Hay muchos muebles de jardín y 8 tumbonas. Este es el lugar perfecto para una barbacoa al atardecer. O aventurarse a la ciudad para una comida encantadora.
Hay un servicio privado de taxis ingleses que tiene un contacto de 8 plazas 0034678229157 lynnehillgreen @ gmail. com o Kay que también te dará un aventón y cuidará la casa y vivirá enfrente. Puede contactarla en 0034667811549 o kayepattison @ hotmail. com a quien encuentro mejor contactar en cuál es la aplicación. Ella cobra 30 euros desde el aeropuerto en su automóvil. También se puede reservar para viajes locales con 24 horas de anticipación.
Recomiendo alquilar un coche, ya que me encanta ir a la ciudad de Alicante por la noche y a Torrevieja para visitar el mercado nocturno y es más fácil moverse.
Sin embargo, si solo desea unas vacaciones relajantes alrededor de la piscina, entonces Kay o Lynn lo recogerán. La ciudad de La Marina está a 15 minutos a pie, donde puedes encontrar muchos bares y restaurantes.
Debido a la popularidad de la villa, el horario de salida es a las 11 a.m. y el ama de llaves debe prepararlo para los próximos huéspedes que lleguen a las 4 p.m., si tiene un vuelo tarde a casa, se recomienda reservar la villa para una noche extra.

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks with a family of 7 adults and children we found it clean tidy had everthing that you needed for everyone to enjoy a lovely relaxing holiday for all mixed ages everyone enjoyed the pool credit to the owner for keeping it so nice agents who handle the keys are great to.lovely place derick.thanks for a lovely holiday.

BRILLIANT TIME IN SPAIN

We rented the bottom part of the villa next to the pool. it has a massive area with a stunning pool and BBQ. it had 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. the villa was well looked after with everything we needed. we had a car so it was easy to get around. we will be going back again soon. great villa

Good villa, excellent outside space. not far from bars and restaurants, beach a short drive. Air con coin operation is the only downfall - would be much more preferable paying a fair deposit amount with electric usage to be deducted, just a suggestion.

Fabulous holiday

This is a brilliant property - a great base for a holiday in the summer sun. The villa is well equipped, spacious and was very clean. The pool is amazing - my children spent hours per day in there. Location wise it is located on a quiet street and is a 15 minute walk to the nearest resturants/bars etc. It is a 25 minute drive from Alicante airport and close to lots of nearby attractions. We had a fab time, a real holiday to remember.

Peace and quiet with style near La Marina.

Approx half an hours drive from Alicante Elche airport, we arrived at the detached house with large family sized pool. The lower floor of the house , which is the part rented out , has 4 double bedrooms , all clean and tidy. All amenities are in good condition, clean , well decorated holiday home . With a hire car or motorcycle you are only a few minutes away from the local shops and restaurants.

Wonderful Villa

This is the second time we have booked this villa. It's clean, comfortable, all the amenities work brilliantly. The pool is amazing and the changing colours at night brought a lot of joy to my teenagers' night swims. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. La Marina itself is quiet and relaxed, but a lot of choices to eat out.Definitely worth hiring a car to explore the coast and go to waterparks. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Villa. Excellent Customer service

Stunning villa great out door space that was well maintained. A beautiful pool that the children didn’t want to leave meaning a very relaxing break for the adults as we didn’t need to leave often. Any requests we made during our stay (extra bedding, pool lights instructions) were responded to quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Communication from the start was without fault. Do not however, park on the yellow lines outside. Spanish police are mean!!!

A fabulous villa!

I visited here with family, 6 of us in total, and we all really enjoyed ourselves! The villa is amazing, so much space! The outdoor area is huge with plenty of sun beds for resting, and also great for entertaining whilst cooking on the barbecue. The pool is great too when you want to cool off. Inside, the villa is superbly presented and immaculate. Two bathrooms meant we had no arguments over who went first! Everything was clean, well looked after and we were provided with everything that we might need. Just a short drive or walk away, you will find shops, restaurants and bars in a super chilled, sunny part of town, or you can go a little further afield for more activities and fun! Overall, we were so impressed by the villa, the cleanliness, space, outdoor area and privacy of it meant that we had a great holiday and will be looking to return again! Thank you so much for a great, relaxing stay.

Lovely Villa

Spent a week in this villa in July with my family. Nothing to complain about, villa had everything, pool was really nice, as big as a lot of communal pools elsewhere. With 4 bedrooms there was plenty of room in the villa. Patio and pool area were very secluded, and area around villa was pretty quiet. 10 minute walk to nearest restaurants and shops which were cheap and good if not spectacular. About another 15-20 minutes walk to another section of La Marina urbanisation where there were more bars and discos as well as more shops. Also Market twice a week was very good. There were 3 very good beaches about 10 minutes drive away. Guardemar was about 20 minutes, Torrevieja a bit further, where there were lots of restaurants and shops. Also very easy access to Alicante airport.

Gorgeous villa near Alicante, with great pool, very private

The property is huge, the part you rent is the ground floor which has great access for anyone who doesn't cope well with stairs. The villa is so much larger than it looks, all the bedrooms are double rooms, very spacious and comfortable. The air con is really good, just remember a few 1 euro coins to keep it going if you need it. The whole place is completely private, which is so refreshing, it is very quiet and peaceful, loads of space. The beach is a short drive away, I recommend going late afternoon when it is not too hot. There are loads of restaurants a short walk or a few minutes drive away, so you don't have to cook at all if you don't want to, although the kitchen is large and fully equipped if you want to. I would recommend this place, it's large enough for 2 families to share and you won't be stepping on each others toes.

Lovely villa with a great host

We stayed in Derrick's villa for 2 weeks at the end of July/beginning of August. We were a family of 5 for the first week, and had 3 adult family members join us for the second week. The villa was a great size for us as a 5 but still a fantastic size for us as an 8. The outside area in particular was really spacious with a round, social table that fit us all comfortably, and sunbeds for us all. The pool was a really lovely temperature and well maintained by the pool man twice a week, so it was lovely and clean. We had 2 rental cars the second week, and were able to park both of them on the gravel so that they were secured on villa grounds. We normally stay in Quesada, but found that the location of this villa was perfect, being closer to the airport and beach, with great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Thank you Derrick

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa, and I can't recommend it enough! The villa itself was stunning—beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. Every room was spotless, and all the appliances were in perfect working condition, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool was a highlight for us, especially with the beautiful lights that made evening swims so magical. We also loved that the beach was just a quick 7-minute drive away, with plenty of parking available, making it easy to spend our days by the sea. The WiFi signal was excellent, even reaching out to the table by the pool, which meant we could relax outside while staying connected. We also appreciated the convenience of having a dishwasher and washing machine, which made our stay feel just like home. A special mention must go to Derrick, who was an outstanding host. Air condition

The only bad with this apartment was air con. We need coins and it only work in 2 hours. Thats not good for the air con, with all start and stip, and its not good for us. We Can rent this apartment again, if the air con Can work so much as we want, and it will be cheaper for the owner when you dont have all this start and stop. The air con will live longer
