Located on the iconic SF Telegraph Hill, our 2B2B flat (comes with a large exclusive roof deck offering expansive views from downtown to the Bay Bridge) is a very peaceful & safe neighborhood. It is also in walking distance to downtown, Salesforce tower, Moscone Center, the Ferry Building, Pier 39, Chinatown, Little Italy, and many other attractions. A range of unit sizes assures 456 will check all the boxes for your new home. 456 B is a top floor flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths including a deluxe primary suite with large bay windows. An open concept kitchen/living/dining make entertaining and today's lifestyle a breeze. Above, a large exclusive roof deck offers expansive views from downtown to the Bay Bridge.

As you enter our home, you will find a spacious living room that comes with with a 6-person sofa, TV, bluetooth speaker, Karaoke machine, board games, and more. Connected to the living, is our open kitchen that comes with everything you need to cook for your group and a waterfall marble countertop. As you walk down the hallway, you'll find a full bathroom connected to the second bedroom, where the sofa pulls out as a queen bed and a work station. Further down the hallway (with washer and dryer to your left) is our primary bedroom with another work station, a queen size bed, a TV, and the second full bathroom. Upstairs is your exclusive (the half towards the street) rooftop with BBQ grill, a high-end gas fire pit, 12-person sofa, dining table, free weights, exercise bike, bench, outdoor warmer, cooler, and more.
