Beautiful Historical duplex in The Presidio National park, minutes away from The Golden Gate Bridge, Baker beach , Lands End , China Beach and surrounded by amazing wildlife and nature trails.
Sausalito and all the best parts of San Francisco are also just a short bike or car ride away from this Idealic paradise.
The home is ideal for families,but works well for couples as well. There are 3 bedrooms , 1 with 2 kids loft bunk beds , 1 with a queen bed and 1 with a full bed
The house is filled with light and the sunroom has 2 more fold out couches, a peloton and a lit standing desk ideal for zoom calls.
The kids room is stocked with stuffys , books , and toys and there is an art space for kids in the basement with lots of fun creative materials.
In addition to the living room space, there is another coworking space with a 15 foot burl table.
The kitchen has sweet eat in dining area with a few of the forest and the parks nursery.
There is plenty of parking and easy access to Uber, Uber Eats, DoorDash ,Instacart Etc
