First time staying here. The studio was a great space. I was visiting for five days and appreciated having a very comfortable bed, kitchen to prep my breakfast, and 24-hour workout room. The front desk staff was very friendly.

really loved this hotel! The room was cozy, spotless, and the bed was so comfortable. The only inconvenience was the parking—either paid public parking, street parking, or valet that closes early so you can’t access your car afterward. But aside from that, everything about our stay was excellent!

The room was nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. The building itself has good security. My TV remote stopped working and they had it fixed quickly. Laundry was not working. We did not ask to have it fixed because we were fine without it, but I'm sure they would have if we did.

I appreciate the staff being intentional about speaking. With that said, I stay 6 days and did not realize there is charge per housekeeping request. By day 4, it would have been nice to have had my trash taken out and fresh towels brought and coffee replenished. I was told to just put my old towels outside my door and and someone will bring me fresh ones. Well I did that and was only brought towels and no wash rags!! Then when I asked for wash rags I swear they felt like dish rags instead of wash rags. Additionally, I used the gym each morning. It was NOT cleaned any day I was there. Dried sweat was on the equipment, the floor was not swept, and there was not any sanitizing wipes. Oh and parking is $65 freaking dollars a night. Needless to say, I was so ready to go!

This hotel is SUPER convenient to the Gaslamp area and Petco Park stadium. Hotel also has a great view and is very quiet, you can't hear the traffic downstairs. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay here again!

An incredible experience - the staff were extremely attentive and wonderfully personable! The rooms are spotless, well stocked and nicely designed! Such a perk to have the ability to do laundry in your room (go free) during your trip.
