You can access the whole home, plus the side patio which includes a large outdoor sectional plus grilling area and an overhead sun umbrella to stay in the shade!

Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.
TV: We do not provide complimentary streaming services (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Guests are welcome to log in to their own personal streaming accounts on the smart TVs provided in the unit. Please remember to log out of all personal accounts upon check-out.
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
