This amazing apartment is part of a newly constructed, three-story home and includes plenty of closet space, AC, and views of the Coronado bridge. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including cooking supplies and a dishwasher. There is a small, semi-private front yard, shared washer/dryer (free), ample street parking, and plenty of other amenities .

Close to all metro areas, Apartment54 is the perfect location for Comic-Con, Pride, or any other San Diego convention.

The apartment is the first floor of our newly constructed home (we live above on the 2nd and 3rd floors). The unit faces the street and there is a small semi-private front yard.

Great little spot in my neighborhood!

Hosted a friend and her baby here and the place was perfect.. Exactly what we expected and nice little front yard for baby to play! Great bath tub, nicely minimalist. Very responsive host.

Perfect for our needs

We came to San Diego on a last minute trip to meet our new Nephew! We had to bring our two small dogs and this place was great for them. Very comfortable bed and couch ! Cute full kitchen! Deep tub and good shower . We were only about 10-15 min away from everywhere we needed to go ! Thanks for the stay !

Nice escape.

It was a hidden gym for sure! I enjoyed the stay here for a quick escape. -street parking (not in front of home) -steps to get to front area and door Would stay again

Clean, comfortable & modern

We loved this bright and modern apartment & will stay again. There were a couple glitches with AC not working but owner is responsive & getting it fixed. The VRBO messaging platform had some issues getting messages posted so the response time was slower than it should be, so texting via cell with owner would work better. There is some light construction going on next door, so check with owner to see how that is progressing.

Great spot in South Park

A very comfortable stay and friendly host! It’s a convenient location to South Park and parking was always easy to find on the street!
