Lovely location situated between the wild waves of the ocean and the placid bay. Chill vibe in Mission Beach and close to La Jolla and the zoo, Sea World and easy drive to Coronado Island. Pictures don’t really do justice for the view of the bay from your private rooftop and large second floor balcony. Very comfortable for the seven of us especially with the fourth bedroom in the summer months. Place was spotlessly clean when we entered. We would definitely return to this home. Host from Bluewater texted us several times and we even met the original owner who stopped by to chat one morning. Kitchen had everything we needed and we ate several meals at home.

Our stay at Beach Haven was amazing. Stayed 6 nights with our young adult children. The house was perfectly located for our group. The local area was very quiet and easy to walk and our adult children also enjoyed being able to walk a short distance to Pacific beach for some night life. The views from the house are spectacular. I was a little concerned about bring right on the bayside walk, but the deck on the second floor and roof top made it easy to enjoy being outside at the house and not be bothered by the view and flow of people on the walk. The beach and water directly across the walk was very nice and perfect for families with young kids. The house was well furnished with everything we needed and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing beach house perfect for 2 families with kids

LOCATION IS PERFECT! Right on the beach (Mission Bay side) and only a short walk to the larger beach, shops, restaurants. Very quick drive to the Zoo, Seaworld, La Jolla, Downtown, etc.

The Perfect Beach Stay

The house accommodated 6 of us perfectly. The beds were comfy. The house was clean & well stocked. The location was perfect for beach visits, walks to great local restaurants & fun activities. The house was easy to access & parking was convenient. We just loved it here.

Gorgeous sunrises, beautiful beaches, exploring on e-bikes, fantastic restaurants and a pontoon boat adventure. We had an unbelievable time. Can't wait to get back.

By the bay

House sits right on the bay and kids got to walk out from the backyard and immediately be on the sand and play. There are sand toys at the house which is a plus. The house was great!

Peaceful retreat

I traveled with my adult children and their toddlers. Bay side is optimal with toddlers! Great walks along the boardwalks and playing in the water and sand. Loved being able to walk out the gate and right onto the beach. The house was lovely, perfect for our family. We would definitely rent again!

Our favorite so far

Super effortless check in and check out and easy to follow house rules. Owner definitely reinvests in comfort and keeping this place nice. Management company is always available and provided a perfect welcome package. Not the cheapest place in north mission bay but worth it to me. Good beds, good common areas, good location, just an overall good, very good, experience.

This is a great 3-4 bedroom/3-4 bathroom home located on Mission Bay in San Diego, and just a couple of blocks walk to the beautiful beaches of the Pacific Ocean. The house is spacious, cleaned, and well maintained. It is perfectly located for easy walking to the wonderful local cuisine nearby. Theme parks, and the many exciting events and attractions in downtown San Diego are just a short drive away.The home is fully furnished with all of the necessities for a relaxing stay…and everything works!Roof-top dining was fun and provided us with an excellent view of the bay, and surrounding “city-scape”.Communication with the host was excellent. What a beautiful place to stay to enjoy San Diego.A couple of issues we experienced. 1. There are no USB outlets, so be sure and bring your charger plugs. 2. The are no dressers, chest of drawers, or bureaus, but there are plenty of shelves in the walk in closets, except no lights there, so remember to bring a flashlight or two.We loved this place, firmly recommend it to everyone, and would definitely come back without any hesitation.

Awesome location! Clean, spacious beach house!

This beach house is waterfront on mission bay. Right across the street is the ocean. It was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 7 which include 6 of us 18 and up. The rooftop deck was great! It is tight driving around the beach house streets and a little difficult to find, but once we found it...this house in particular had 2 spots that our truck and car fit lined up. We would just back in. It worked out great! We had the best time and this was our first beach trip as a family. We weren't sure about it and super nervous how everything was going to work out. We would do it again for sure and made great memories!

Wonderful stay in a prime location and BEAUTIFUL house!

Our family enjoyed four nights in an absolutely stellar location between the bay and the ocean in this BEAUTIFULLY remodeled home. The inside was clean and decorated to the hilt. The rooms and bedding were amazing. The rooftop overlooked the bay and was right on the bay boardwalk. I liked that we could visit the Mission Beach Boardwalk (5 minute walk) but were able to enjoy a quieter stay and the waterspouts on the bay side. My teenagers loved the ease with which they could get up and down the boardwalk between Mission and Pacific Beach on Birds or just by walking. Plenty of food options all around and TONS to do either at the bay, Mission Beach or Pacific Beach. The rooftop is where I spent a lot of time in the sun and enjoying watching the boats, paddle boarders, kite surfers etc. It was beautiful. This house is out of its league in relation to the other houses around that area. You won't reget your stay.

Perfect!

House was well appointed with everything we needed. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy as a family. Great views and the paddle boards were an added bonus to enjoy. Easy walk to the beach side, under 5 minutes and easy walk to restaurants. Grocery store is half mile away. The place is in great location and perfect for a family stay.

Nice beaches

Plenty of room in and out to congregate or to sit alone and contemplate. Convenient for food shopping tourists airport and for MCRD.

Loved this home!

It’s all about location, location, location. Bay and sand are steps from the patio. The beach is a short five minute walk, with kids, to the west. The home is spacious and can accommodate a family of 10 all in the dinning room and family room at the same time while enjoying a beautiful view of Mission Bay! Eateries, coffee shops, and Ralph’s grocery store are short walks or bike rides away! We highly recommend this place for your next family vacation!

Awesome!

House is beautiful! Had everything we needed for our group of 9 and only steps from the sand. The roof, balcony, and ground floor patio gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the view. Perfect!

It was such a beautiful house for a multi family to stay so beautifully arranged and so clean

This was the most perfect place to bring a family on vacation the convenience of it being right on the boardwalk was the best and the location was beautiful highly recommend and we are looking forward to booking again hopefully next year thank you very much oh and when I called for a question they were right there helping me out I really appreciated it thank you again

Fantastic summer family getaway!!!

The "home away from home" was ideal for our family of 6 adults and 2 teens. Only problem is the time goes by too fast.

Very nice property with gorgeous views.

Nice home. Very comfortable. All the amenities. Everything work although minor problem with washer dryer. One ceiling fan upstairs not working.
