El lugar es completamente para los huéspedes.

Los huéspedes pueden utilizar el estudio completo y la terraza. (Mesa y sillas que están afuera de el)

Tiene su propia puerta a la calle que también pueden usar otros huéspedes.

The guest can use the hole studio and also use the table, chairs outside.

The studio has its own door to the street, it can be also used by other guests.

Cerca del estudio hay lugares para caminar, también hay una buena lavandería cercana, tiendas para comprar frutas y verduras y otras para comprar productos básicos.
