One of the best in Chiapas!!!

This a new and 5 star quality boutique hotel that can easily be compared to St Regis or Ritz Carlton! We stayed here for 5days and had a wonderful time as a family! During our stay here in July 2025, we felt we were the only guests in this hotel which felt strange. We also ate at their restaurant where we saw very few guests but were not staying in the hotel. All the staff from rest, bar, front desk and housekeepers were professional, courteous, and kind. The only drawbacks to this hotel was location. It was a distance away from the plaza and Centro. Uber doesn't work in Chiapas so hailing a taxi takes time from the hotel. The solution, befriend a local taxi driver and text them when you want them to pick you up. A few suggestions to even elevate this hotel: 1) have a heated pool (no other luxury hotel in San Cris has a pool). There is a garden courtyard where a pool can fit on one side of the walkway. 2) have hair dryers in the bathrooms. Strange that a lux hotel didn't have one (or is it only upon request?).

The best hotel in the area

I had such an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The place is super clean, with a gorgeous views, great french architecture, food is delicious and the employees are always in the best attitude to help in anything. It seriosuly exceeded my expectations and is a must go when staying in San Cristobal

Este hotel es sin duda el mejor de la ciudad, la atención a los detalles es inmejorable desde que llegas y te reciben con una bebida de bienvenida y cosas que ya no hacen en otros lugares como chocolatitos en la almohada o te llamen para ver si todo está bien en la habitación. El restaurante es de lujo y el servicio estelar. Vamos a regresar pronto sin duda.
