Private: lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax. Hot tub, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 150 m, bar, café 110 m, pedestrian zone 75 m, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach "Playa del Arenal" 1.6 km. Surf school 400 m.
