El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado la cama es buena y el desayuno estuvo bien, sin embargo hay que tener en cuenta que la calefacción la colocan bien fuerte y las habitaciones son muy calientes pedimos que le bajaran a la temperatura y nos indicaron que no podían y nos enviaron un ventilador que hacía bastante ruido me parece que el servicio es terrible

Nearly everything was excellent: welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room, superb breakfast. The only thing that was not up to par — and is the reason I give the property only an overall rating of 4 — was the strength of the wifi signal. In my room I had to go to the bathroom to read email: from the bed or desk I couldn’t connect.

The hotel it is far to be a 4 stars, the rooms does not have air conditioning, so you must to suffer the central heating system, you must extra pay if you want to use the spa facilities (information that is not part of the advertising), and the hotel's area is really noiser. Maybe if you are looking for bohemia, it is the right place, but I'm think that there are better options in Bariloche for that price.

first night in bariloche

Comfortable and friendly staff; our room was @ the end of the hall and WiFi signal was fair to weak only. They knocked on our door evening prior to remind us check out was 10:30 am. They then knocked again @ 10 am to insure we knew to leave... In fairness to this comment, it was high season and they needed to prepare for next guest.

Kenton palace bariloche, central but noisy

Hotel was fine, handy for shops, restaurants and bus departure for Chaltein, the only problem was there was no air conditioning, therefore we had to leave a window open which meant we didn't sleep due to noise as its on a steep hill and on the route home for drunk hostel stayers! Very helpful staff! Wifi costs extra!

Pleasant stay, very convenient location...

My wife and I stayed here in December 2011 for five nights, whilst we were touring Argentina. We had a pleasent stay at the hotel, which boasts to be a four star hotel, although if you think good quality three star (by European & American standards), then your expectations will be about right. Prior to staying here, I read a number of negative reviews on Trip Advisor and found them to be unreliable. This hotel is clean, then beds are comfortable and the facilities are as advertised. The rooms are a little on the small side and were very much in need of air-conditioning, -particularly since there were also signs on the windows, requesting that windows were not left open, due to the winds. I was also disapointed that the hotel makes an additional surcharge for the Spa facilities.
