Abgewohnt mit vielen kleinen Mängeln
Das Objekt hat leider einige Mängel.
Hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Kommunikation mit der vermittelnden Agentur sehr gut war. Sie war auch bei der Suche nach einer anderen Unterkunft sehr kooperativ, was letztlich unseren Urlaub gerettet hat.
Mängel im Objekt:
Der Außenbereich sollte eigentlich aus einer von Büschen umgebenen Wiese bestehen. Tatsächlich ist die Wiese mehr ein Acker, denn eine Wiese. Deshalb trägt man ständig Erde auf die Terrasse.
Die Poolpumpe ist so laut, dass Nachts an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist. Tagsüber macht der Geräuschpegel der Pumpe einen entspannenden Aufenthalt im Außenbereich nahezu unmöglich. Man kann die Pumpe zwar manuell ausschalten aber dass ist eigentlich nur eine Lösung für Nachts, da ja das Poolwasser dennoch filtriert werden muss und die Poolheizung auch nur bei laufender Pumpe etwas bringt.
Von den zwei auf den Fotos zu sehenden, verstellbaren Sonnenliegen auf dem Sonnendeck ist nur eine vorhanden und diese ist defekt
Das Fach zur Aufbewahrung von Getränkeflaschen in der Kühlschranktür ist zerbrochen und nicht benutzbar.
Einige Möbel sind in schlechtem Zustand.
Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich derzeit eine große Baustelle, so dass immer wieder mit Baulärm gerechnet werden muss.
