Very cozy and modern with FIBER WiFi and SMART TV, with direct access to the community pool just 5 minutes from the bus stop, 2 minutes from YUMBO and 5 minutes from the dunes of Maspaloma ... The apartment has its independent entrance and consists of the living room, bedroom and bathroom, all fully equipped and independent. The building has a supermarket, casino, terraces, bar, restaurants and two swimming pools, one for adults and the other for children.
We will be available 24 hours a day for your arrival and departure at the same time for everything you need, we will personally deliver the key to you and explain the operation of the property and advise you of the best places on the island
