In 2009 Las Barcas was completely renovated and today it is a complex of 5 modern apartments that offer all the equipment and comfort that you can wish to enjoy a good holiday. They are apartments with an excellent location and a high category.

It is an ideal vacation spot for families and friends who like tranquility and proximity to the beach. Located within walking distance there are numerous shops and restaurants.

It has a pleasant garden with lawn from where you can directly access the golden sand of Las Burras and the Paseo that connects this beach with the beaches of San Agustín, Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. In the garden you can find comfortable hammocks for all apartments. Also chairs for our guests to take to the beach.

The 3 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor. It has a porch and has direct access to the garden and the beach.

They have a modern decoration, with kitchen and high-end appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven), spacious bathrooms, comfortable sofas, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV and free Wi-Fi so they can use their computers. Also small appliances such as toaster, juicer, iron, blender, dryer ..

There is daily cleaning from Monday to Friday. Beach towels also included.

Wir haben die Unterkunft für drei Wochen als Familie gemietet und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr modern und komfortabel. Vor allem, dass zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad gehört und dass wochentags die Wohnung gereinigt wird (1x wöchentlich frische Bettwäsche, Handtücher alle 2 Tage) waren eine zusätzliche und sehr schöne Bequemlichkeit, die wir so auch noch nicht hatten. Vielen lieben Dank an der Stelle noch einmal an den Hausverwalter Luis und das sehr, sehr nette Reinigungspersonal. Zur Lage kann man auch nur sagen top. Gartentür auf und am Strand ist man. Unser kleiner Enkelsohn hatte seine Freude. Die Buchung und auch der Zugang zur Wohnung waren perfekt organisiert. Ana hat uns rechtzeitig informiert und auch alle unsere Fragen schnell und kompetent beantwortet.Nun noch ein paar Hinweise, die keine Kritik darstellen sollen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, die Parkplatzsuche gestaltete sich insbesondere am Ankunftstag recht nervig. Hier einfach gelassen bleiben in zweiter Reihe alles auspacken und das Auto ca. 10 min zu Fuß auf einem kleinen kostenfreien Parkplatz direkt am Strand abstellen. Abends und wochentags findet man aber fast immer einen Parkplatz in der Straße direkt an der Unterkunft. Hier die Adresse zum Parkplatz: C. de las Ahulagas, 1, 35100 San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
