Hola Buenos días, Dese expresar mi inconformidad con la administración del lugar de Hospedaje ya que el día que realice la reserva me indica que el valor a cancelar es de $120.000 para un total de $ 720.000 y al momento de la llegada la persona encargada me dice que el valor mínimo de la noche de $ 200.000 para un valor total de $ 1.200.000 y nos indicaron que no nos iban a aceptar en las instalaciones de hospedaje, que nos iban a buscar donde conseguirnos donde un lugar de ese valor. luego de una pequeña discusión con la persona encargada se logro llegara aun acuerdo de pagar un valor diario de $160.000 para un total de $ 960.000 una diferencia de $240.000 mil pesos a lo que inicialmente de había reservado con la aplicación, me decepción porque en varias ocasiones hemos realizado reservar por la aplicación de mi esposa y en esta ocasión realice la inscripción de mi usuario y me sale con esta desfachatez de cambio de tarifas en el hospedaje. Además de que el día de la discusión llegamos a san Andrés a las 10 pm y nos iban a sacar del hotel a esa hora con mis dos hijos menores de edad a esa hora en una ciudad donde no conozco las condiciones de seguridad del lugar y sector.
