On my own experience, compared whit other places an hotels quality, is really por whit the cost that paid , like place Camcun ... Is excellent, the attention of the people, beside to que the right information from people is a difficult...., Need better infrastructure in the hotel ...

Não recomendo. Gastar mais. Hospedar em outro.
Ao chegarmos neste hotel, com reserva de 03 diárias, fomos informados que seríamos transferido por 01 noite para o Hotel On Vacation Caribbean All Inclusive. Ou seja, OVERBOOK!!! Pagaram nosso taxi para este outro hotel, da mesma rede hoteleira, de qualidade idêntica, porém pior localização. Para evitar o transtorno de mexer nas malas e ter que mudar de hotel no dia seguinte, solicitamos permanecer neste segundo hotel pelas 03 noites. Fomos prontamente atendidos. Informaram-nos que haveria cobrança de taxa pela internet wi-fi. Como INTERNET WI-FI FREE é um de nossos critérios na hora de escolher hotéis, mostramos que nossa reserva incluía esse serviço grátis, comprovado pelo recibo de reserva do Hoteis.com. A recepcionista disse que não tinha autorização para isentar a taxa e orientou-nos a procurar a responsável no dia seguinte. Esta pessoa responsável não solucionou a questão nos 02 dias seguintes. Por fim, depois de várias tentativas, desistimos. Ora a desculpa era que a responsável não se encontrava, ora era que o sistema estava inoperante... Outra surpresa desagradável: não há chuveiro! Apenas um cano saindo da parede, com água fria e pouca. Muita sujeira na área comum, principalmente escadarias. Comida razoável, condizente com o preço cobrado. Um de nós passou mal ao comer cazuela.

Desastre! Nada recomendable
Sin dudas uno de los peores hoteles que fui. No lo recomiendo en nada. La atención de la recepción es malisima, no se preocupan en absoluto en dar solución a los problemas de los huéspedes ( que en el caso de este hotel fueron varios), en muchos momentos la recepción esta vacia. El all inclusive es malo. Tienen muy poca variedad en bebidas y comidas. Realmente ese servicio no se aprovecha. Tardaron 1 h en darnos la habitación y nos terminaron dando una que estaba muy mal ubicada, zona sin ventilación, mucha humedad. La habitación mala higiene, mucha humedad, sin ventilación. El hotel tiene wifi solo en la recepción y hay que pagar (ellos te argumentan que es dificil de conseguir en la isla, después salis a la calle y te das cuenta que es gratuito en la peatonal). Se corto la luz 3 veces durante nuestra estadia de 4 noches, inclusive la última noche dormimos sin luz. Un desastre el hotel.

A pesar de ser un hotel con una excelente ubicación y su personal muy amable, las instalaciones del hotel no están en buenas condiciones, la ducha de la habitación asignada tenia problemas con la llave, nunca funciono la TV por cable. La piscina no provoca, lo bueno es que puedes ir a otros hoteles de la cadena a usar las zonas húmedas. La comida bien, de acuerdo a la categoría del hotel. Los baños tienen mucha oportunidad de mejora

Ótimo custo-benefício
- Os funcionários do hotel são ótimos e muito prestativos. - Não há muitas opções nas refeições, mas as que tem atendem e são bem saborosas. existe um restaurante que funciona no jantar, mas é preciso reservar. Ele é muito bom. - O hotel é simples, mas com excelente custo-benefício. - O bar de drinks fica aberto das 9 da manhã às 11 da noite. - A localização é excelente, dá para fazer quase tudo andando. - Os únicos 3 problemas são: o chuveiro não ter água quente (mas a temperatura normal da água não é gelada não, é suportável); o hotel não tem elevadores (precisa-se carregar as malas até o quarto, podendo ser preciso subir 2 lances de escada); e o ar-condicionado nos quartos é central (essa foi a pior parte... sair do banho e enfrentar um quarto super gelado... minha janela não abria para esquentar... então verifique se a sua janela abre - rsrsrsrs). - O Wifi é pago e pega melhor na recepção, mesmo assim é lento. - Verifique as condições para utilizar a estrutura dos demais hotéis na rede - espalhados pela ilha - pois vale a pena.
