It stated there was 24 hour room service, in fact it wa a hoax, there is no room service. They advertise it and leave a menu with a number in the room and then they don’t answer the phone. There were several that traveled with us and all had same experience!! Disappointing, as well as the food served was terrible!

Great-Friendly-Fun
Spent a romantic weekend there. Great selection of food at the main buffet restaurant. The "specialty" restaurants were not very good and worth making reservations. The Italian restaurant was the worse. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also provided lots of fun activities. Didn't understand the story with cats all over the resort.

The resort is small and beautiful. The pool area was really nice eventhough one of the jacuzzis was not working. The beach was probably one of the best beaches I have been to. The customer service was great. All the workers there were super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately my room was full of worms. I am assuming they were coming from the outside area which was not well kept and had a bad smell. There were 6 to 7 worms constantly crawling in the room at a time. It was pretty disgusting. I also paid extra for a bungalow because I wanted to enjoy a bigger pool with my husband. The pool was very small and very dirty. We were unable to use it. The food was mediocre. I expected better for the price.

The resort is small and beautiful. The workers are super friendly and helpful. The pool area is very nice eventhough one of the jacuzzi's was not working. The beach is probably one of the cleanest and more beautiful beaches I have ever visited. Unfortunately the food was mediocre. It was tasteless and not much of a variety. I expected more for the price. I paid extra for a bungalow so that I can have a bigger private pool for my husband and I. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool because it was dirty and had little crabs in it. Perhaps the worse part of my stay were the worms in my room. I am assuming they came from the outside which was not well kept and smelled really bad. There were sometimes 6 to 7 worms at a time crawling in the room. It was absolutely disgusting.

The facilities and staff were top notch. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was okay (not bad but not overwhelmingly good). The atmospheres in the restaurants though were lovely in addition to attentive and kind wait staff.

Amazing experience. The beach and pool are beautiful. Our butler Luis went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The staff is amazing and the food was excellent. We even had an open bar 1 min walking from our room. We plan on coming back for sure! The entertainment was great as well! Shout out to Pierre who is always smiling and in a good mood!

The staff were the literal best, so friendly, so social, so helpful. The beach and pool areas are gorgeous. However, literally some of the least appetizing food we've ever had. It was like low budget summer camp food- over cooked pasta, boiled unseasoned vegetables. Almost comical how bad the food was, all the guests were talking about it. Regularly went to bed hungry.

Pros: pool, beach, water aerobics class, gym Cons: drinks, buffet food was flavorless and had many flies on it at all times, tried to call room service and was sent to voicemail, asked for an umbrella because there was not one in my room and they escorted me to my room to make sure there was not one in my room, they asked me to leave the buffet because I was not dressed “gala-style”, they did not have reservations for the restaurants all week because they were only opening 1 restaurant per night.

This property is absolutely beautiful We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The timesshare salesmen made us feel a little uncomfortable but other than that everything was great. Things to note.. this resort is 2 hours from the airport. It's a Tourist area so they upcharge for everything. This resort has mainly an older crowd and couples.

I really liked this property, very quiet and safe. Loved the beach and the buffet’s menu was so good. Very friendly staff. I would’ve liked to have a jacuzzi in the room, or the mini pool at the room working, other than that everything was good.

Beautiful hotel and beach. Food delicious. Good service. My only concern was at check in. I was going to paid at the property and they charged the card on file. I explained that I had emailed with the hotel and they said I had to contact them the next business day. I also requested a welcome drink that I received when they wanted to give it to me. Overall good experience.
