Falsche Angabe im Inserat

Das Haus war sehr schön und es war herrlich, die Terrasse mit Meerblick zu nutzen. Der Service vor Ort durch Leandro war sehr gut. ABER: Das Haus befand sich weit weg von dem Ort, der im Inserat angegeben wurde. Wir buchten ein Haus 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Spaggia Pescoluse entfernt. Bekommen haben wir ein abgelegenes Haus, von dem aus kein Strand fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar war. Es befand sich ĂŒberhaupt nicht in der NĂ€he des Spaggia Pescoluse. Wie haben uns mehrfach mit dem Vermieter und der Agenur in Verbindung gesetzt und haben dies bemĂ€ngelt. Niemand konnte oder wollte uns helfen. Wir erwarten eine Erstattung aufgrund der Angabe falscher Tatsachen! Wir hĂ€tten das Haus in dieser Lage ganz sicher nicht gebucht. Im Grunde ist es Betrug.

Genialer Ausblick, aber einige Falschangaben

Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und es kann sein. dass wir einmal wieder kommen. Besonders hervorziheben ist der großartige Ausblick. Allerdings sind einige Angaben in der Beschreibung schlichtweg falsch: Der Strand von Pescoluse ist niemals in Gehminuten erreichbar. Zu Fuß benötigt man mindestens eine Stunde. In 20 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand von Torre Pali. Da man nach einem Bad im Meer, den Aufstieg lieber vermeidet, mussten wir doch meistens das Auto nutzen. FĂŒr uns war StrandnĂ€he Entscheidungskriterium Nr.1 und ist somit nicht erfĂŒllt worden. In der Beschreibung werden 2 Badezimmer erwĂ€hnt, es gab aber nur eines. Auch die genannte Garage war nicht vorhanden. Zudem wird nicht erwĂ€hnt. dass es sich im Grunde um eine DoppelhaushĂ€lfte handelt, man also nicht alleine ist. Wir hatten allerdings GlĂŒck mit unseren sehr netten Nachbarn. Das kann aber auch anders laufen und war so laut Beschreibung unklar. Die HandtĂŒcher waren zuĂ€chst nicht vorhanden, wurden uns nach Aufforderung aber gebracht. Eine richtig tolle Sache war die Außendusche. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass sich der Hausbesitzer nach einem Unwetter darum gekĂŒmmert hatte, dass die entstandenen Schlaglöcher am Zufahrtsweg bereits am Folgetag beseitigt waren. Im Gegensatz zu seinem Verwalter, dessen Übergabe sehr oberflĂ€chlich und schnell war, war der Besitzer stets sehr zuvorkommend.

Annonce sur Abritel mensongĂšre !!! Ce n’est pas une maison entiĂšre mais une maison divisĂ©e en 2 appartements. Avec aucune sĂ©paration dans la Terrace! On se retrouve Ă  2mĂštres de nos voisins un super vis Ă  vis directe aucune partie privĂ© sur l’extĂ©rieur! ArrivĂ© sur place pas de linges/draps de lit et autres qui Ă©tait Ă©crit dans l’annonce! Le propriĂ©taire a eu la gentillesse de nous en fournir. Je recommande cette maison si vous la partagez avec des amis sinon je recommande pas du tout !!! ExpĂ©rience que nous renouvellerons pas! Merci Abritel pour cette magnifique MAUVAISE surprise car l’annonce n’est pas honnĂȘte!
