Excellent apartment with 2 air-conditioned rooms, living room, kitchen and balcony, both decorated. All is with easy access to Vila, where you will find several bars, restaurants and other attractions, besides the beach!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge a light fee for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$700.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain;

Bedroom 2 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain.

Located in the Villa da Lua Condominium, in the village of Praia do Forte, where there are several options of bars and restaurants, this is a strong point of the location!

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and natural pools. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, since it has the balance between sleep, rest and nightlife.
