The apartment is fully furnished and carefully equipped to ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The kitchen includes an electric water dispenser, microwave, minibar, two-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, blender, sandwich maker, Italian coffee maker, coffee machine, set of pots with lids, pasta strainer, kitchen utensils, vegetable peeler, wine and can opener, coffee and tea cups, glass baking dish, cutting board, and placemats. The bathroom features an electric shower, bidet shower, wall-mounted clothesline, hair dryer, toothbrush holder, mirror, and towel rack. The bedroom offers air conditioning, hangers, and a full-length mirror. The living room has blackout curtains, a 44-inch Smart TV, and a ceiling fan with remote control. The balcony is enclosed with Reiki glass panels, providing comfort and privacy. The laundry area is equipped with brooms, a floor clothesline, squeegee, dustpan, clothespins, ladder, ironing board and iron, as well as a bucket, ensuring practicality during your stay. There is new construction underway at the neighboring address, and the apartment’s view may have changed during your stay. The building has a café, Seven Wonders Café, which is open daily to make it easy to enjoy quick meals with comfort and convenience.

This vacation rental offers comfort and convenience in a full-service condominium with a variety of leisure and practical amenities. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with a hot tub, gym, playground, convenience market, meeting room/coworking space, and laundry facilities. The gourmet area is available by reservation, and the condominium also features a bike rack.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment but may also be closed on other days if maintenance is required by the condominium administration.

During the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and will not be available to guests. This is due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall. During this period, the gym deck will also have restricted access and will not be available to guests.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.
