Beautiful restored hardwood floors and ceilings and tons of ambient light abound. Enjoy your morning coffee on the elevated deck while you plan your day's adventures and grill in the evening in the 1,200 square foot outdoor entertaining area, complete with Weber gas and charcoal grills, wireless audio system, dining area, and copper fire pit.

World class kayaking, tubing, rafting, mountain and road biking, and trout fishing are just around the corner. The amazing Green River Gorge is a quick 10 minute ride away and the property is less than an hour from Asheville, Greenville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Dupont Forest, Pisgah National Forest, Lake Lure, and more.

The house gets the name "Over the Line" because the line between Polk and Henderson Counties runs directly through the back bedrooms!

We had a wonderful 3-day weekend at the farmhouse! The host was extremely friendly and responsive, and we loved being minutes from our favorite downtown Saluda restaurants and shops. The home was clean and well equipped (including a very nice speaker system for the TV!). We enjoyed fun evenings in the back area playing games by the fire. We look forward to staying again!

This was a beautiful mountain escape! We really enjoyed all the personal touches and decor. The owner had! We enjoyed using the outdoor equipment like the fire pit and the cornhole boards and the outdoor heat TV was a huge hit with all the sports fans! We would recommend this to other guests in the future and hope to come back soon

VERY nicely renovated, comfortable, nicely equipped home in a quiet area with room to gather as well as find solitude. 5 min to downtown Saluda and tolerable drives to Hendersonville, Tryon and Columbus. Excellent communications with Host.

This house is fantastic! The outdoor amenities are top notch with darts, Kan Jam game, corn hole, the hook game, a gas grill, outdoor tv and Bluetooth speakers hookup, fire pit, sink, and all the extras needed for a fun stay! Close to downtown Saluda but out just far enough! Added bonus- they appear to be UNC fans- Go heels! Ha! The house is great also. The kitchen in the basement is not ideal but it really is minor and being able to read about the history of the house and the renovations was so cool! All was super clean and comfortable and my son said that is the best he has slept! Thanks for a great visit! We hope to be back!

Lovely Mountain View home

Nicely done renovations to this property. Access to and from vehicle required the ability to navigate a number of steps and could be problematic for someone with bad knees or other mobility issues. We definitely would rent this property again.
