The sink stayed clogged. The toilet would not flush. Mold and hair in the shower. When we called for maintenance he said there was not anything he could do and just to “left the toilet open and make the flap go down.” When we checked out the next morning the front desk lady said there was nothing she could do in a refund because we went through a third party.
