Reception staff were really helpful, room was clean and we'll maintenaned, you can tell it's been recent refurbished. My only negative was there was no hairdryer on the room or available which I only found out ONCE I'd washed my hair, a little frustrating. Overall great value for money and decent location.

The air conditioning worked great, the room was decorated and painted nicely. Mostly things were in good order. Only problem was a pair of underwear left hanging in the bathroom from a previous guest. Was a little confusing getting into the parking lot but we are from out of state. It was nice getting to choose our floor we stayed on.

Parking is NOT included ($5 a night), there is no fridge, there is no microwave, there is no pool or hot tub, there is no "continental breakfast" (it's some juice and packaged processed muffins). Laundry service doesn't exist because the single washer and dryer are broken. No blow dryer or iron in room. There is no gym. WiFi is free but not password protected at all, so good luck with your private info. Just assume everything about this hotel listed on this website is wrong and not included.

The shower curtain is short and water will be splashed everywhere if you move too much in the shower. Overall nice location and clean rooms. But the room we stayed in was kind of small and difficult to put two big pieces of luggage.

Motel was old and run down. There was only one driveway in and out-the two other exit gates were locked up. Room was dirty. Trash can was full and there were stains and hairs on the bed sheets. We were given another room and there were stains, crumbs of some sort, and hairs in the bed sheets in that room as well. We checked right back out and went to another hotel in same area. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms are very small and claustrophobic. There were debris on the floor, under the chair, toilet seat was stained, shower is dirty. We saw the maid threw linens down to the ground from the second floor towels hitting the concrete parking lot. The pictures online does not look the same in person. We did not stay here. I was charged for one night for canceling last minute. I don’t regret canceling.

No ice, no microwave, no hot water for the shower. The TV required intervention from the front desk and had reverted back to useless when I turned it on the next morning. The breakfast options were two kinds of muffins and apples. Photo attached. I guess was fooled by the Radisson name.

In decades of travel around the globe I have NEVER encountered a check in experience that forced me to leave for fear of my own safety. The behavioral "snap" seemed to be concurrent with my confirmation that the reservation was prepaid. Beware. Do not prepay. There are many hotels in SLC. This is an old 1 star accommodation attempting rebranding. The photos did not and still do not represent this property.

The hotel itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay overall. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk left a lot to be desired. When we checked in, we gave the front desk agent a card to keep on file. She specifically told us she was not going to charge the card, but then she attempted to charge it anyway. When the transaction didn’t go through (I assume because of a fraud alert), I asked why she charged it after saying she wouldn’t. That’s when she explained there was a required deposit, which had never been mentioned beforehand. We were fine with paying a deposit, but clear communication would have avoided the confusion. She also never told me the total amount before processing the payment. I also think a $250 security deposit is excessive, especially for a property that was previously a Motel 6. The next morning, around 8:00 a.m., we asked if we could extend our stay by just one more night. Instead of simply extending the reservation, we were told we had to make a brand-new reservation and pay another $250 deposit. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never encountered a policy like that. The property itself was pleasant, but the lack of communication and customer service at the front desk made the experience frustrating. With better transparency and staff training, this hotel would have earned a much higher rating.
