Simple but comfortable
Lovely apartment in a relatively generic complex. Comfortable bedroom, spacious closets, and full sized washer & dryer were highlights, as was excellent value for price. Obviously no one lives there as kitchen had bare minimum supplies (e.g., place settings for 4, no ovenware), with the exception of small appliances - there were several of those, though we did not use them. Some pots, pans, and other things that don’t go in dishwasher needed washing before use. Bring your own laundry detergent if you have any sensitivity to very strong smelling detergent provided. Property management’s responsiveness was about average. No recycling or EV charging available in the apartment complex and no info re: what to do with recyclables. All things considered, would stay again.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable
We enjoyed staying at the "Top of the World". Comfortable bed, very clean and quiet, had all the basics. Nice having a carport for our car. Pictures show accurately what is there. Nice touch having Keurig pods to get us started. Full size washer/dryer nice. The unit is on the third floor of the building which gives it a nice view from the windows. We enjoyed sitting on the private outdoor balcony, as well. Nice that the refrigerator was clean and empty. No hundreds of packets of leftover condiment packets and old crusty jars, etc. We would definitely stay here again. We came for a ski vacation. I believe the unit's outdoor hot tub was open but we did not try it out. Great communication from host.

Beautiful Place, Exactly as Described
My husband and I stayed in Bill's place for 8 days and were delighted with every aspect of the apartment. Its location was very convenient. We were there to ski in the Cottonwood Canyons. The place is just off I-15, making it quick to get to so many places. The apartment was very clean and was supplied with every basic thing we needed. The photos show exactly what is there. The area was very quiet. We never heard the neighbors. As mentioned, the place is on the 3rd floor of the building. Walking up was not a difficulty for us, except maybe after a long day of skiing. The hot tub was open, but we never tried it out. It was extremely cold outside, so we would have to drive over. We never bothered. Seems like the pool area would be a short walk, in better weather though. The tub in the apartment is large and was a nice substitute for the hot tub. Bill was easy to communicate with, and happy to help when we asked for something we needed. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking about staying in the area.
