The space
This bright and cheery apartment is sure to put a smile on your day. Modern, contemporary, and comfortable furnishings create a warm upscale retreat to relax and unwind.

This apartment is located hillside between the Utah State Capitol and the spectacular LDS Temple; only steps from the City's central business district.

Upon entering the apartment,
a conveniently located work station with lighting is located within the living area. The Living Room features a comfy queen sized pull out sofa, side chair, built in cabinetry, shelving and gas fireplace. Above the fireplace hangs a 65" ROKU SMART TV with remote.

An up to date kitchen is equiped with a full sized steel grey refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher and microwave oven. All counter surfaces are custom quartz. The all new kitchen includes dishes and serving ware for 4; pots, pans, and baking ware; as well as, toaster, blender and microwave. Meal preparation is a breeze in this galley style kitchen.

The dining room features an expandable two tone wood table with storage and two blue velvet dining chairs.

The Bedroom features our duplication of Westin Hotel's award winning "Heavenly Bed"! Snuggle in layers of luxurious down and goose feather bedding for an incredibly restful night's sleep. 2 nightstands and table lamps provide ample bedside lighting. An alarm clock with USB charging ports is on the nightstand. A 55 " ROKU SMART TV is wall mounted above a blue velvet sitting bench.

The Bedroom Closet is large and includes full sized dresser, wood hangars, iron and board.

Across the hallway is the Bathroom. A tub/ shower combo sits behind floor to ceiling deco draperies of raw silk. Extra towels, blow, toilet paper, shoe shine, and first aide kit can be found in the vanity.

Just outside of the Living Room is a large balcony with patio chairs and side table. Enjoy a spectacular sunrise while relaxing on your private patio surrounded by tall pines.
