My husband and I stayed 2 nights while visiting family so basically in our room just to sleep. It’s a very dated hotel, but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower stall is a little tight. The included breakfast was not that great, not a lot of choice and the dining area was dark and uninviting, but staff was friendly. We had an early checkout, before the breakfast was available, and the gentleman at the front desk was able to get us croissants and made coffee for us which was greatly appreciated.

Hotel sporco Sono arrivato fatto il check-in salito in camera al terzo piano, uscito dall' ascensore suonava allarme antincendio, sceso dalle scale suonava d'appertutto. Arrivato alla reception dico dell' accaduto, è rimasta sorpresa la sig.a Daniela, rispondendomi ah questo è il suono che ho sentito. Cercava la chiave per disattivare l'allarme e non l' ha trovava. Come sicurezza zero. Ho chiesto che c'era a cena,mi ha risposto che il cuoco cucinava al momento senza un menù. Dopo una passeggiata per Salsomaggiore rientro,e aspettando l'ascensore esce il cuoco e l' aiutante che puzzavano di vino. La mattina dopo sono andato a fare colazione c'erano tovaglie sporche, tavolo che traballava il vicino di tavola la moglie ha lasciato il tovagliolo e le posate non usate perché aveva preso solo un caffè,il cameriere ha sparecchiato la tavola lasciando il tovagliolo e le posate li pronte per il prossimo, che comunque toccate dalla signora. Faccio il ceck-out mi ha detto la signora Daniela che non funzionava l' internet per stampare la ricevuta mi ha chiesto la mia mail che me la mandava via Internet. Ho lasciato perdere e me ne sono andato senza fare questioni Mia moglie voleva chiamare i vigili del fuoco per la questione antincendio e anche l' ausl per il mancato igiene il wc era pieno di calcare che se lo guardava le veniva il vomito. Per me ci sarebbe da chiudere perché non è sicuro

Uns wurde das Abendessen trotz HP extra berechnet. Trotz Nachfrage keine Rechnung erhalten damit ich es wenigstens reklamieren kann. Klimaanlage ohne Funktion gewesen und auf den Bildern wirkt das Hotel deutlich schöner.

De plus en plus décevant

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je me rends dans cet hôtel, mais les conditions d’hébergement se dégradent de plus en plus. Les prises de courant sont cassées dans les chambres, le mobilier est vétuste et usée, les peintures défraîchie. Je me retrouve à chaque fois avec un bloc de climatisation ultra bruyant dans la chambre de plus le petit déjeuner qui relevait un peu le niveau de l’hôtel et de plus en plus décevant avec des produits industriels. Je suis très déçu.

Un 3 stelle che ne vale al massimo 2 . Centrale.

Hotel rinnovato in parte ma già con molteplici lacune e problemi. Protezione del condizionatore sul balcone (dalla ventola) della Mia camera inesistente con rischio di toccare (e farsi molto male) con la ventola che gira di raffreddamento. Doccia che perde acqua, pareti sottilissime e si sente ogni tipo di rumore dalle camere vicine. Materasso poco confortevole. Per contro cambio asciugamano quotidiano e personale molto cordiale e gentile che se può cerca di soddisfare i va desideri (se possibile) .

Nuit désastreuse

J’ai eu droit à une chambre très vétuste, sous les combles, température intérieure 40 degrés avec une espèce de climatiseur datant des années cinquante qui ne fonctionnait pas et de plus faisant un bruit assourdissant. Le mobilier était plus qu’usé, les prises électriques cassés de même que la colonne de douche et la cuvette des wc. La literie moyennement confortable. Les seuls point positifs sont l’amabilité du personnel et le petit déjeuner qui est correct.

Die Empfangsdame war sehr wortkarg. Zudem ist die Unterkunft enorm hellhörig und auch draussen, war bei der eigenen Beiz bis Mitternacht laute Stimmung. Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war grundsätzlich schmutzig und auch die Auswahl vom Buffet. Das Zimmer selber war vom Preis/Grösse tip top, aber in einem schlechten Zustand.

Très bon logement, calme proche de Parme, cela nous a permis de visiter sans avoir beaucoup de trajet. Le seul point a améliorer, la clim ainsi que les lits qui grincent. Mais rien de bien méchant tant l'appartement est grand, bien entretenue pour y vivre à 5.
